Floor Care

Strip floor, machine scrub, clean, and apply a high solids finish. Regular maintenance plans also available. Cost available by site visit only.

Set up and break down of furniture

Before the season starts let us set up your patio furniture for you. When your season is over, we will bring it inside for winter storage. Outside furniture may also be cleaned before, during or after the season. This service can also be requested before a storm.

Emergency water extraction, air movers, dehumidifiers and Microban Microbial Treatment available. More information below in Post Storm Clean Up.

Post Storm Clean Up

When we get into the home we can evaluate what work is required.
After damaged walls or flooring is removed we spray Mircoban.

These areas include inside homes, crawl spaces, and garages. If you see or you're afraid of mold and mildew growth from moisture and/or flooding please contact us to schedule your home to be sprayed with Microban in the affected areas.

Air Movers (commercial fans), Dehumidifiers, Air Scrubbers (used to remove fine particulate such as mold spores, and air borne contaminates), and Ozone Machine (removes odors caused by smoke, pets, mildew, mold and other organically caused odors.)

Crawl Spaces: Treat with Microban.

Garages: Pull all items out of garage and clean. Hose garage. Microban walls and floor.

Microban Microbial Treatment. "A broad spectrum disinfectant against most bacteria, fungus, mildew and odors caused by bacteria and germs."
This can be applied to the walls, floors, crawl spaces, cabinets, etc.
