What is a General Cleaning?

A Scheduled service which can be daily, weekly, monthly or as needed.

Your home is one of your largest investments. Let us help maintain that investment while it grows in value. Regardless of your cleaning need, from general cleaning to thorough spring cleaning, carpet and tile floor cleaning, light exterior house washing to window cleaning we are able to help.

General Cleaning Services include:

Bathrooms: clean and deodorize toilet (clean inside and out of toilet and around the base), clean sinks, clean showers and/or tubs (remove any residue sand), clean glass surfaces, mirrors and chrome fixtures.
Kitchen: wipe down cabinet faces, clean all counter tops and any appliances on counter top, stove top, wipe out the refrigerator and clean sink.
Dust flat surfaces for example (tables, night stands, and dressers.)
Sweep and wet mop all non-carpeted floors.
Vacuum traffic carpeted areas.
Empty Trash and Recyclables.
Clean Glass on main entrance door.

House Cleaning Services Rates:

Minimum Service Charge $200.00
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms $200.00
4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms $240.00
4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms $270.00
5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms $300.00
5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms $330.00
5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms $360.00
6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms $420.00

The above rates are Change-over rates. Rates will be higher if the home has more then one living area or extra half bathrooms.
These rates may also be used for an estimate for General Cleaning. The cost of the General Clean will be determined by the per man/hours to complete the job. Prices are based on an hourly rate of $60.00 per/employee, per/hour and represent average times spent in the property size described above.

• There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any job cancelled within 24 hrs. of the scheduled date and time.
  

If your house does not match any of the above descriptions please call 609-368-0841,609-368-3999 for a price quote. Prices are higher if house has multiple living rooms, dens, family rooms etc. and if house does not have wall to wall carpeting.

Spring Cleaning Services

What is a Spring Cleaning?

A spring cleaning is a thorough house cleaning

This service includes:

Kitchen: Wipe down all cabinet faces, clean all countertops and any appliances on countertops, stove top, Clean inside refrigerator, and clean sink.

Bathrooms: clean and deodorize toilet (clean inside and out of toilet and around the base), clean sinks, clean showers and/or tubs (remove any residue sand), clean glass surfaces, mirrors and chrome fixtures.
Clean Glass: Main Entrance Door
Dust flat surfaces for example (tables, night stands, and dressers.)
Clean all lighting fixtures and ceiling fans.
Vacuum blinds and window treatments.
Vacuum all sofas and chairs.
Clean behind and under all movable furniture.
Vacuum all baseboards and woodwork, damp wipe if necessary.
Sweep and hand clean all non-carpeted floors.
Vacuum all carpeted areas including steps.

Spring Cleaning Rates for 2024

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms $540.-$900.
4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms $600.-$1,020.
4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms $660.-$1,200
5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms $720.-$1,260.
5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms $900.-$1,440.
5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms $1,020.-$1,800.
6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms $1,440.-$2,160.

• These prices are based on an hourly rate of $60.00 per/employee, per/hour and represent average times spent in the property size described above.
  

• The above prices are only estimates, the actual cost will be determined by the man/hours required to complete the job.

• There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any job cancelled within 24 hrs. of the scheduled date and time.

• Prices will be higher if your home has multiple living areas, house does not have wall to wall carpeting, has pets, year round occupancy, or for a first time Spring Cleaning.
