Final Post Construction Cleaning

1.High dusting of all fixtures and woodwork, including high windows sills.
2.Wipe down all doors and lower woodwork including window casings and frames.
3.Vacuum out all cabinets (kitchen, bathrooms and built-ins.)
4.Damp wipe on top, interior and exterior of all cabinets (kitchen, bathrooms and built-ins.)
5.Vacuum HVAC vents in floors.
6.Clean bathrooms; ceiling down (dry wipe tile, damp wipe tile, remove manufacturer stickers, clean glass mirrors and tub/shower surrounds.)
7.Sweep all non-carpeted flooring.
8.Vacuum all non-carpeted and carpeted flooring including edging in all rooms.
9.Check for areas that may need solvent spot cleaning.
10.Hand clean all non-carpeted flooring.
11.Power Washing.
12.VCT Floor Care.
13.Windows.
